Shipping And Delivery Policy

Thepartystore-ramadan.com provides worldwide shipping. Completed orders are delivered within 3-4  business days, right to your doorstep.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Please note: While we always aim to meet the delivery timescales stated above, they are merely estimates. There may be circumstances beyond our control which could result in delays and diverting from the timeframe given. These circumstances may pertain to our inability to deliver to a preferred destination that you choose. In such instances, we will reach out to you and inform you accordingly. We shall do our best and stop at nothing to resolve the issue as soon as possible in a satisfactory manner.

Orders:

At the time of check out and after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email with a customer PO#. If you need to reach us with any questions about your order please have the PO# handy.

Please note that deliveries outside of Jordan may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions.

To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies, import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from The Party Store. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.

International parcels are sent via Fedex or similar. Please ensure to attend to your mobile phone number provided and that there will be somebody available at the delivery address.
